Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original Fissler packaging, ensuring all lids, inserts, and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous delivery markings.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
